Dina Berman

Totally overwhelmed about the work of Dina Berman. Dina lives and works in Jerusalem, she is a master of small, tiny, carefully carved and bind together things that sit on the edge of a simple match; ships, chairs, lamps, horses, bicycles,bottles with messages and plenty of other delicate objects. Captured in a beautiful wooden frame, they make you lean forward and examine every detail and you don't go away without that "wow" feeling. I of course had to take that horsey with me.

Popolnoma prevzeta nad deli Dine Berman. Dina živi in dela v Jeruzalemu in je mojstrica miniaturnih, umetelno izrezljanih in skupaj pritrjenih stvari, ki jih potem posadi na konico navadne vžigalice. Ladje, kolesa, stoli, konjiči, steklenice s sporočili in mnogo drugih micenih objektov ujetih v preprost lesen okvir; moraš se približati, preučiti vsako malenkost  in ne odideš brez tistega nevdušenega občutka. Mali konjič je že pri meni.
